Format Wall Calendar Publisher GRAPHIQUE de FRANCESize 11.75" x 11.75" Norman Rockwell, the beloved pictorial narrator, began illustrating covers for The Saturday Evening Post in 1916, an association that lasted nearly half a century. His greatest covers are anecdotes about average Americans, each a scene telling a story with a remarkable amount of detail. Conveying extraordinary warmth and humor, these twelve reproductions of his work prove Rockwell's art is also a form of entertainment.

I chose this brand as I very much like the old fashioned look of those days. It's comforting. The calendar has nice large day squares to write in any appts. I may have or activities that need reminding of. etc.... The only draw back on this particular calendar is that a lot of the day squares are taken up with holiday announcements in at least 4 different languages. Only need English folks!! Otherwise, it serves it's purpose.Product details

Saturday Evening Post 2013 Calendar Norman Rockwell Books Reviews
Elderly friend remembered getting these calendars (free!) from businesses and our local bank. Its just what he wanted for Christmas.
I bought this at a mall kiosk rather than but it's the same calendar.
Aside from the overall size of the calendar and the size of the squares for each day, there's pretty much only one reason people buy a particular calendar and that's because they like the pictures. Most people don't really care about Boxing Day (Canada) (whatever that means), but by gosh if it's a Norman Rockwell calendar it should have some really nice reproductions of Norman Rockwell's work. I usually buy an Alphonse Mucha, Maxfield Parrish, or Coca Cola calendar but the last few years it's been a real challenge to find ones that have quality reproductions without tearing them open to see the inside.
This particular calendar has very poor reproductions. A few are fine, but some are so bad they look like lousy color photocopies and you'd do better finding a good high-res shot on the internet and printing your own. There's really no excuse for this. It's a calendar, for Pete's sake! That's all it's supposed to do is get the days right and look nice.
So buyer beware, especially if you're a fan of the giants of illustration. Make sure you're getting one of the better quality calendars and you won't be sorry.
We love all the paintings! This will be perfect for our home school artist study next year! Thank you so much!
I love Norman Rockwell's work and it is depicted on this calendar beautifully! I recommend it to any Rockwell fan.
I liked the purchase. It is a combination of a few good things good quality of pictures (colors and shades, good selection of fonts. In general, the whole design of the calendar is rather pleasant.
